Ripoff dishonest fraudulent credit card billing

I requested a credit card with this company, and was told through them, using their credit card I could build up my credit, with a one time membership of $199.00.

I was told I had a 30 day free trial and if I did not wish to keep the membership I could cancel within the 30 days. I cancelled within 10 days and CCS still went into my checking account and withdraw $199.00.

Then they went back into my checking account again and withdraw $99.00 three different times on the same day.
