Premier Health Plan is a total ripoff. I responded to an offer for a "free" trial period of 30 days. After three days I cancelled my membership since I could find absolutely no savings at all with their program. They billed my credit card for an annual membership of $149.95 which I placed in dispute. They then credited my account, but billed me again. I placed it again in dispute. They did this again and also billed another credit card as well. I am fighting them and the credit card company to make me whole.
