I signed up for a free credit report and a free trial membership for 30 days for a credit monitoring service. I was under the impression they were going to bill me or send me some type of letter telling me that my trial membership had ended and did I want to continue with the service. I called and spoke to Robert at CIC and he assured me that my membership had been cancelled and that I my credit card would be charged back in 7-10 days. This was an easy process, I noticed that someone else has spoken to Robert and was up set with the questions that were being asked to verify there idenity, most companys do ask questions that only you know to verify that you are the card holder or the owner of the account in question. I will keep a watch to make sure my account is refunded, I suggest all of you do the same if you have any contact with this company. Kandi Kandi Oak Park, California
