I was just at a Branch of B Of A at lunch, appx. 12:00pm. There were 2 tellers and both were waiting on problem customers. I was on my lunch hour and was pressed for time for a cash deposit I needed to make. After ten minutes and after two other customers behind me finally got fed up and left, I finally left the bank having waited from ten minutes for absolutely nothing. Most people at noon time will be on their lunch breaks having limited time, having only 2 tellers to wait on numerous people, and this being a very busy branch, is ludicrist. B of A WAKE UP and service your customers before you have NO or few customers left. If you weren't so darn convenient I would have left many many years ago. I gain absolutely nothing for being a loyal customer for 20 years, You benefit from me, not vice versa, remember that your customers MUST be first priority.
