I went to the Bremen bank to make a large cash payment on a loan that had been originated in this branch. The bank manager was at lunch, so I left and came back and came back to wait. After about fifteen minutes of watching customers come and go to the tellers. The manager [Allen ] came back and was followed by an elderly gentleman, who he proceeded to help. After he left we walked up and introduced our selves and were informed there was someone ahead of us, we informed him that we had been waiting since before anyone else was there. This really pissed him off as his attitude changed. He pulled up the loan and informed us we would have to drive to another town and make the payment. We did and were treated very well. I called the president of C&S bank office and talked to a really nice lady. The execs were in a meeting and some would call me back the next day. I called back the next day since I did not hear from any one, and was told they were still in a meeting and was I happy with the service at the other bank[I was]. Still no response, I guess the presidents office went to the same school of customer service that [Allen] went. Vote with your money go somewhere that they appreciate your business
