I hate Chrysler Financial plan and simple. We got swindled into this lease contract by a very shady car salesman. We traded my car and my husbands car in on a truck. Basically they rolled all of the negative equity on my husbands car and took my car for free, they over stated my income as well when I was with another job which is how I was even qualified to sign for the expensive piece of metal!

Anyways, my husband and I got behind a month last year around this time. We have a lot of credit card debt as well we are trying to keep at bay, and do not live outside our means what so ever. So every month they would call and we would owe basically two payments, when the payment itself is almost the size of a good house payment almost 800.00 a month. My husband would try to split up the payments between his two checks in the month. Well one payment would go through and the other would bounce causing A LOT of bank fees and late fees with Chrysler. Well this month I called and explained my situation to a very nice customer service man, which is a rarity at Chrysler, he said If there was any way I could come up with this amount then the collection calls would stop. So I called my parents after wards and they lent me the money. I put the money in my account two days later, and scheduled a payment online. Well after I scheduled that payment I started getting calls from Chrysler, the first call being from a VERY RUDE customer service man. When I called back I got the same RUDE customer service agent, and he basically told me since we had had so many late payments our account was under review and we need to get caught up NOW! I told him I am in college full time I don't make that much myself, and explained the situation from trying to get caught up. He didn't care. He kept repeating himself over and over again that we needed to get the account caught up now because of how many late payments had been made, and that if we got caught up now we could get a new car at the time when our lease ends, which I felt he was being very insinuating about my husband and I. He then told me the collection calls would keep coming until the balance is paid in full. Well the amount we owe is mainly late fees, but they keep calling.

Right now I have two Chrysler products as soon as my lease is up I will have NONE!
