In late October Premier called me to inform me of a credit card that could repair my credit. The fee was $249.99. I told them they could withdraw on November 30th. 2 or 3 weeks before the day that I told them to draft I called and asked them to cancel my application and not to withdraw any funds. I was told that my application had been withdrawn and no funds would be taken out.
On December 20th a whole month later the company tried to submit an electronic check in the amount of $249.95. I called the number that was on the copy of the electronic check that they submitted to my bank. After I was given several other numbers to call I was told that they had no record of me calling to cancel yet they had a record of the initial phone call that they had made to me 2 months before agreeing to have my account debited. They were very rude and and tried to overtalk me and they hung up on me. It's very hard to to get a hold of them. A recording is always saying that all operators are busy and then you are disconnected. This company has complaints filed with bbb in various states. THEY ARE A SCAM.
