Guardian Financial called me in my home and told me that I am approved to receive a MasterCard as a Credit Card. I just need to pay for official and postal cost around $250.
I was a new student in USA and wasn't familiar with these kind of tricks. I gave them my account information and afetr I talked with my friend I realized it was a ripoff company and I caaled back them to cancell it, but they told me I can't and it is nor refundable.
So, I couldn't do any thing and My bank told me they can not do any thing also.
