I was taken for a ride... Can't believe it!!! One Time Fee Only, No Interest and No Annuals fees for three years, Cost of $249.00
I was told I would receive my card in 10-14 days, no longer than 25 business days. I was told this card was a regular, legitimate CC Mastercard, accepted worldwide at all locations accepting MC.
My account was deducted "As Promised" Never have I ever received any correspondence from Guardian via mail or tele whatsoever. Except I have received ALO of Unsolicited calls at all hours. I have called every week since the 14th business day and I am given every excuse of delays and bulk mail shipments, employee shortage, etc. Etc. They were never rude, Just Lied over and over. I have never seen my card nor did I receive anything at all.
I called Guardian a few weeks back week and was told I would receive my CC by the end of the week. Called back and was told the same thing AGAIN. I told the CS rep, that is what I was told last week and she stated, well we thought we would make shipment but we are still backed up and was told not to worry it will be there by the end of this week. That is TODAY! No not in the mail...
Well now today is the 33rd business day and nothing...!
What is very upsetting is that I could have use that money for much needed things, instead I put myself out "Believing I would receive a $2,000 UNSECURED Credit Card", I thought well I can Suffer on some things and be alright cause I can use my credit card when it arrives and be able to catch up again.
Today I look up Guardian Financial on the Internet and Guess What i found... RIPOFF everywhere!!! Well, I then proceeded to call my bank and yes as advise per the ripoff websites help, I have been refunded the $ it will be in my account within 24-48 hours.
Well that is good news, Luckily I bank with a "Good" bank for the most part. I want to sue GUARDIAN for misrepresentation, losses and pain and suffering. I plan to call the MEDIA, Newspapers and Federal and Local Law enforement agencies. As well as the Better Business Bureau. I want there licenses revoke and shut down immediately. Luckily I have friends in the media and Government, I will make sure that the Officers in control and all persons responsible for the Fraud and blantant deceipt are held accountable for there actions. I also plan to print all of this and send to Guardian.
Misrepresentation is one thing, I have been taken for my hard earned money and have never received anything at all in return as was the agreement. WHICH IS BLATANT FRAUD, this company is acting and conducting fraudulent activities. There are consequences to every false action, it always comes around one way or the other and sooner or later, it catches up.
