Ripoff fradulent credit company

I was contacted by Guardian Financial with an offer for a MasterCard with a $2000 limit, no interest rates for 3 years. I was informed that in 7 days I would receive all the information about this card and should call them if I am not interested. They debited the $299 from my account under the name Guardian financial Medical... Which made me suspicious.

I have been given the run around when contacting this company thru the customer service department. I am going to try everything to get my money refunded.
