Ripoff called promised a mastercard for 250.00 promised card in 25 working days it has been 27 working days and no card when i called said card has been shipped and i am still waiting

I was contacted by a member of guardian financial and promised a mastercard for 250.00. I was told i would receive the card in 25 working days it has been 27 working days and i havenot received the card. I called the company tuesday september 7 2994 and was told the card had been mailed and i am still waiting.
