I have a different story i offered to pay off our loan and went through all the forebarrence paper work. Of course the amount was all most twice what we owed they have refused pay offs and were very rude and threatening. So to make a long story short we have gone to court twice with paper work in hand and both times thier lawyers did not show so the judge dismissed the case and said we would have to wait for them to file again is there any thing i can do a quick claim or something of the sort they are just tacking on more charges we have moved the house has been empty for two years and we still pay all taxes and up keep for the property thanks
