Please help:
I have had a loan with fairbanks for about 6 years. Fairbanks does not hold the deed to my home. I pay my mortage to BOGMAN INC. I had no idea that my home was going up for forclosure until i got a phone call from some man wanting to buy my home. He said he read it in the paper.
To may a long story short i had 3 days to come up with 3000.00 or they were going to take my home away from me. I have lived here for 18 years. Fairbanks was a home equity loan. I have been late, but never missed 2 months at a time. Now they have charged me 8000.00 in late fees. Can something be done about it
