H&r Block Mortage ripoff the sales person called my home at our request on internet and opened a loan process and asked questions and told us that there would be no problem giving us a loan even though I'm under chapter 13 he siad plenty of equity in home they do buy out on 13's all the time told me to keep thirteen payed up to date but don't worry about mortage now behind mortage and they denied my family4 mths
They didn't return calls couldn't get them when you needed them on phone just machines and they lied and have cause us to be losing our home. Over a small mortage and all they could say was oh well to bad just like there sister co. Option one.
And we told them we didn't have appraisel money to waist and now thats gone to because others that want to use the new appraisel cant cause they wont release it to anyone else
