Harrassment after Bankruptcy - Multiple False Accusations Denve

We filed bankruptcy in December. We continue to pay the car loan to Wells Fargo, as agreed. All of our payments have been on time, yet we have been harrassed in many ways.

In January I was a few days past the due date in paying, but the payment was not considered late until another two weeks. They contacted my bankruptcy attorney (not me) demanding payment. Again, the payment was not late yet (and wasn't going to be).

In September of this year I recieved a bill for over $300.00. No explaination of what the bill was for. The due date was the day after I recieved it! Calling W.F., they didn't know what the bill was for and had to send it to their research deparment. A couple weeks later they said the amount was for Forced-Placed Insurance on my car. I disputed this because I have always had my car insured and have made no changes. I was sent to another department, then another. I had to get my insurance company involved (several times) and spent hours on the phone with W.F. Since I only have a cell phone, they caused me to go over my minutes and my phone bill was doubled! It took two months to resolve the issue. They never would admit fault in the matter, even though it was clear they made this up.

In November I get another bill for about $14.00. Again, no explaination on what the charges were for. Assuming it was the late fee associated with the Insurance scam, I disputed this. Once again I was sent to the Research Dept. Two weeks later I got a letter of explanation - the charge was a late charge from January that I never knew about!

With November coming to a close, I began to get more calls on my car loan. This time they claimed to have not recieved the November payment. I sent the payment online, just like I always do. It posted to my checking account on the 22nd. They continued to say they had not recieved it. I had to get my bank involved and they told them the same thing. Yet, W.F. Is still denying it, but won't even tell the bank what to do to resolve the issue. So I have to contact W.F. Again to see what needs to be done and then tell the bank. The issue is still not resolved.

I feel I have been and am being harrassed. I had trouble with them in 2003 over a mortgage payment (whole other can of worms). The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, and they call every 15-30 minutes if you do not pick up the phone.

I knew I couldn't be the only one this is happening to. Am I right?
