I am so fed up with this company. I work very hard to make my payment every month On Time, and in June when i sent my payment off by mail i sent 2 money orders. The payments were sent on time and when wells fargo recieved them they only checked in one money order. What happened to the other one. I had proof that they were sent and what day i sent them. So that made my payment half payed. Well they were nice about waving the first late fee. They told me to go back and get the money from the money order company and send them the money when i got it. Well all this was going on around the 4th of July weekend. So i had to wait until the people at the money order place came back to work. So when the lady sent me my money back for the money order i sent it to wells fargo. All the while still pay ing my other payment on time. The person i talked to sayed to send the money when i got it. Now thats 2 represenative that ive talked to. Well thats what i done. When i sent it in i thought I was done with it... They sent my new bill and guess what. I have a late fee of $34.02 posted to my bill. The bill was recieved by wells fargo on the 16th thats the day of the late fee, they posted it on the 17th making my payment late. Remember i wasnt suppose to be charged a late fee. But they charged me one any way. I dont have money to give away to people because i payed my bills on time. I am a single mother working full time i just dont have money to throw up in the air. So im being punished because their machine shredded my money order. And they will not do anything about it. So I have to pay 34 dollars that i dont have just to make my house payment back right... How screwed up is that? So if u want advice on wells fargo don't use them. They will make your life a living HELL.
