Centurion Financial
MasterCard Scheme ripoff

Well, this is a lesson about online credit applications. You never know who you're sending you information too or who they'll share it with. On October 21 i was contacted by Steve from Centruion Financial Benefits with an offer for a "Mastercard", being in Law Enforcement i thought i could ask all the right questions, but i guess no matter how good i was at asking the right question, it didn't make the company any more reputable, just more of a liar. For $249 of my hard earned money i got an 800 number that i can call and be told how big a fool i was,

By the way the number is 866-784-0260. I was told it was an unsecured card with a $2000 credit line, and that i should receive it within 2 weeks. When i did not receive the card i called the company at the number i was given and was informed that it was to be 25 business days, then when i argued with the individual on the other end, she played the recording back for me, of course it's a digitally generated Q&A so they can enhance it when it suits their purpose. Then when i called back on the 25th day after my regular mail had run to notify them all i got was an argument with a Mrs. Brown, when i asked to speak with her supervisor i was told that she is the supervisor, so i confirmed with her that she "has no supervisor" and she told me "no, i have no supervisor", which would lead one to believe that they were speaking with the owner of the company. Mrs. Brown explained that i should receive my card the following week, so i waited until November 30, the day she identified as the 26th business day, this time i got hold of a nice young lady that explained to me that my card had been sent out on November 21 and that if i did not receive it by december 3

I should call her and she would give me the USPS tracking number. On December 3 I did receive a package in the mail, when i opened it the only contents were some advertisements and an application for a prepaid mastercard with a $24.95 fee and a monthly fee of $4.95. I have sent a letter to the company that provided the application to let them know what their hired representative is portraying to the public and the show them the misrepresentation of their hired hand, the letter simply requests honest response with the promised product or a refund of my money. I will advise of any response or resolution to this, but i would caution all not to take unsolicited calls.
