When I got this credit card, I thought it was going to help my credit. YEAH, RIGHT! As with other complaintants, they SAY that they haven't recieved payment and try to charge you a penalty! And that isn't stealing? I thought stealing was illegal?!
Anyway, I told them that I was going to cancel the card, then the story changed! The fee was waived (I hadn't even used the card yet!) and the (brainless) woman on the line finally got a word with her manager and took care of my payment problem. I have NEVER had a problem with ANY bill like this in the 25 years of paying my bills!
Believe me, as soon as I can upgrade to a better card, this one is HISTORY! I have used this card only twice because it never works! I pay double payments every month, so there shouldn't be any payment problems! As of this minute, I'm trying to notify them online and can't find a site! When is the Government going to outlaw these tactics to generate revenue? They're as bad as the credit card scammers on the street!
