I have banked with many branches before, but i have never been treated with such professionalism as I received from Rosh Rajan at chase bank houston wilcrest. Rosh went out of his way several times to ensure that all my concerns were taken care of. Not only were my concerns answered to my satisfaction, but the customer service that he showed me was outstanding. I would consider it a great service if all banks treated customers with the same amount of service that Rosh showed me. Thank you and keep up the good work
