Ripoff

I thought I was getting a free credit report, this was about six months ago. Until I notice a charge on my bank account from CIC CREDIT REPORTING, I did not sign up for this charge. I need some info as to how to contact these people and tell them to stop charging my credit card.
Since I have no idea who they are, or how they got a hold of my credit card info.
