TDWaterhouse Securities, fraudulant billing, Kansas City, MO I opened a checking/money market account with this place in 1999, for trading stocks. Recently they just up and added a new rule that just so happens to deduct money from my account. At first they did it without me knowing it. I found out by taking a look at my internet statement. I called to complain about this mishap, and the rep not only gave me a reversal but he also gave me a branch accomdation of equal value. I was satisfied at the end of the call. Days later I check my statement again and they decided to take back both the reversal and the branch accomadation a total of $50. I have had my cell phone for 3 years now and I have never had them change any rules or ad any unforseen charges to my account. Not only did TDwaterhouse add on this greedy charge but they did it without notifing me. I hate large companies that just run over people and get away with it. I hope this brings forward other dissatisfied TDW customers.
