Ripoff-two years later they decided to charge me late fees for a split mortgage payment they agreed upon

In when I lost my job, B of A agreed to let me make two monthly mortgage payments. One on the first of the month and a second after the 15th of each month.in Dec. 03 I started making single payments again.

In August I recieved a letter stating I owed them $455.00 in late payments. When I contacted them the lady stated that this was general policy. When I asked about waiting two years to tell me this and nothing being said at the time of the agreement for split payments I was told that "she was sure I had been told".

I wrote a letter in Sept. And all I receive back are form letters stating I owe the money and how I can pay it. When I call I get the same treatment.
