Wow! Looks like were not alone in this. We too have a very poor experience with AHSt. We called for service in Sept. After many phone calls and much aggravation, we had the problem fixed. A gentleman did show up 2 weeks later. The 2nd tech chose "pipes" that needed to be replaced.
Finally, for our 3rd tech, he chose "IMPROPER INSTALL" as the reason. Thankfully AHS chose, YOU GUESSED IT, #3. Improper install would get them off the hook! Nevermind our home is 20 years old and go figure, properly installed for the last 19. Stay away from this company, they want your money but will not provide service..
