I worked for Cincinnati Bell/StarTek! These two businesses are scams! You never get your salary promptly or is actually the right quantity for that hours you've worked. They needed me to lay to clients pretendiing to regulate their statement and limit companies. Really all we were performing was incorporating items towards the client they did not require simply to create their statement drop! We closed a deal at work saying if we'd program problems we'd be compensated. Which was a REST! I'm not persuing appropriate action against both businesses for breech of agreement. Watch out for Cincinnati Bell, they're phony! The have dismissed many Cincinnati Bell personnel which have been there FOR A LONG TIME so that they might outsource delivering careers to Costa Rica and Philippines spending less money to employees. They've joined up with StarTek to employ people in at $9.00 and time working at home. Due to StarTek and Cincinnati Bell, countless people in Cincinnati have dropped their careers! The fioptics web and television really are a laugh. They function hardly half the tme, I'd many grievances from clients about this, and when you've fioptics you CAn't return to normal wire. I would recommend Timewarner to everybody. It's a much better cable organization with cheaper and better deals. Additionally they aren't outsourced! This location is just a LARGE LAUGH! BEWARE PEOPLE. They're a fraud!!
