I have 3 charges (19.90) approved by my bank to Facebook; however, you have declined my credit card. After research with my bank, it may be that you have an old address on record. I tried 3 times to submit a 19.90 charge, and as a result my bank has a hold on 3 charges of 19.90. I only wanted 1 charge of 19.90.
Two things are required here. First, update your records concerning my credit card account. Second, remove 2 charges of 19.90 from my Facebook account.
