I have 3 charges (19.90) approved by my bank to facebook, however you have declined my credit card. After research with my bank, it maybe you have a old address on record. I tried 3 time to submit a 19.90 charge, as a result my bank has a hold 3 (19.90) charge. I only wanted 1 (19.90) charge. 2 things are required here, update your records concerning my credit card account. The other, remove 2 (19.90) charges from my facebook account.
