On December 10 at approx. 3:30pm my digital television service went out. After speaking with a technical representative it was determined that a new box would be needed. The customer service rep. Said a repair person would be at my home between 6:00pm to 9:00pm.

However, when my husband called to confirm the repair time, he was told the repair was scheduled for December 11 between 6:00 and 9:0pm.

We were given the runaround all evening until one of Cincinnati Bell's customer service representative, located in the Philippines for Cincinnati stated the tool used to set-up service calls was not functioning properly. Therefore, the service ordered scheduled for December 10 was not accepted.

My problem with is, had my husband not called to confirm the order request we would have waited on a repair person who was never going to arrive this evening.in fact Cincinnati Bell Fioptic representatives still have not confirmed exactly when our service will be repaired.

This is ridiculoius!!!
