I have 2 homes and both have Cincinnati Bell home services along with the their Guardian alarm services. I happened to go to the other home last week only to find that the phone had been shut off and alarm system was not functioning. When I call CIncinnati Bell on 04/05 they informed me that there was no record of that phone number in their system and I have been getting the run around since then. They told me the only option I had is to have a new service put in and that will not happen until Friday 04/12.in the meantime, the alarm is not funcitioning and the alarm company has yet to call me to tell me that. Who should be held accountable if there is a break-in or fire and I am not there? I have had phone service for the second home for 7 months. How can a company turn something off and then have no record of me having that phone number?
