Will ask for the latest financial data from your last quarter. The ensuing processing will take so long that the next quarters' are required. Then a request for statements of those same quarters to be broken down into months, not quarters.
Very arrogant and disrespectful. Very, very slow to react. Very very quick to blame. Worst refinance we have ever experienced.
