Ordered colored state quarters recieved all but 2007 called to report and no longer in service

I placed my order for my quarters recieved all but 2007 called to report missing quarters and got phone out of service so now i have almost the whole set and do not know who to contact to recieve my quarters i would like to have my whole set of quarters it's only 2007 quarters in need in colo
