They owe me 5 quarters for 2007 and then 2008 comes out next year and that will be another 5 quarters

I paid for the colored quarters for the fifty States. They owe me for 5 quarters for 2007 and then they will owe me 5 more quarters next year for 2008. They send out five a year until you have every state.
