HRS USA Ripoff excessive and unfai

I was recently told by HRS-USA that my payment was received by them 6 days late and they charged me a late fee of $25.00. First of all, I believe it was not sent late and second of all, I think this charge (with no grace period) is excessive and unfair. Is there anything I can do? Thank you very much. Sincerely,
