Excessive late fee's. No grace periods. Rude Customer Service. Excessive Fee's

I was given a loan through this company, and was told later that there was a $8.95 charge added to my payment for everyday after the payment was due even though Im on a net 30 terms. Also charge for taking over the phone payments.
