I'm sick of having an account with Aspire. If my payment gets processed - that's right, not "received", but processed - one day past the payment due date, I get a $35.00 late fee. I've never heard of such a thing... Any other credit cards I've had allowed on-time payments as long as they were recieved before the next billing date.
I haven't been able to get a "LIVE" person on the phone. Their toll-free number is fully automated and if you make a choice that requires any live human assistance, it tells you that you need to send a letter to their office and it gives you the address.
