I spoke to someone on 11-08-04 via phone because this was the 2 time a withdrawl from my savings account showed on my monthy statement. I was told I would recieve a card in 7-10 days. I still haven't recieved a card and in a 2wk period a total of $40.00 was taken out. Also when my wife called to find out what was going one they would not speak with her. I am a self contracter who works alot and I need my wife to handle such things because I don't get home to very late.
Is there anyway to recover what has been taken and how do I stop further withdrawls from my account
