I made a payment to aspire visa which was well over my minium payment. The payment was paid on monday 1/28/02, in which the bank had withdrawn the money from my checking account and paid aspire visa. Now i don't know if this is a common pratice or not, but its been a week and the money has not been made avaible to my aspire visa account. When i called of course it a act of god to get someone on the phone, but when i finaly did they said that the bank had not contacted them (aspire visa)
