In September Ocwen took over a loan on a house we have in Pittsburgh, PA. They continue to insist that we are a month behind in payments.
Our bill pay service has contacted Ocwen several time and sent proof of payment. Ocwen continues to demand another payment.
We were sending a few extra dollars monthly to pay down the principle. Ocwen started holding the money aside to apply to the "late" payment. Now they also say we owe escrow, which was paid with the "missing" payment.
We'll be more than happy to join any class action law suit.
Investigating this on-line, we see Ocwen has been sued before. How DO these people remain in business?
Think about it - if they get just ONE extra payment from thousands of customers, how much extra money have they made?
