I lost 50 pounds using the HCG method and plan to lose another 50. I know hundreds of others who have been successful with the HCG diet online and in person. HCG on its own won't do it. 500 calories a day alone won't do it. HCG combined with Dr. Simeon's Diet Protocol works. The only adamant individuals I've met who say it doesn't work haven't tried it themselves. I thought my friend was going to kill herself or get an eating disorder from the diet before I saw her success and tried it myself. The HCG helps with hunger so you can eat 500 calories and not feel like you're starving. This diet and drops work great!
