I did the HCG shots via the ANEWME Pembroke pines and lost about 25 pounds and three and a half inches in my waist. There is simply no way I would have been able to eat 500 calories a day and still have enough energy to go to work everyday and go to school too. I have tried cutting my calories back to 1200 a day and doing an hour and a half but without any success. At the end. After following their booklet rules I have gained weight back. One thins i can promise you. They say it set up your thyroid with HCG -really? (that is how they are making the big $ and with the supplements they pushing you - forget about it).

SO if you say "hcg will not make you lose weight" - you are correct. It wont. You must do a low cal diet, and exercise to lose weight.
