Heidi Diaz continues to scam the unsuspecting with her diet claims of "The Fastest Diet Ever". She is not qualified to give diet information at all and has encouraged people to eat 500 calories a day or less to lose weight.
She lied when she said she lost 198 pounds in less than a year and there are PI pictures to prove it.
Anyone who does the Kimkins plan should immediately have a complete physical exam to determine if they have any longterm results of being on a starvation diet.
