Instructions for drops are a farce! The diet is based on the adkins diet and requires 500 calories while taking the drops! On that diet, you do not need drops to lose weight! The advertisement was not truthful in its content. I thought my daughter had sent me the info and i trusted her judgement then i learned that her computer had been hacked and everyone in her contact list received the advertisment!
