FIRST:
I was scared of ordering the free trial I wanted to get for my mom (She's in her 50's & she's been stressed out, and it's showing on her face) because I saw so many bad reviews on this site. Then I realized a few interesting facts:
A) All the super negative opinions are about the shipping/the Auto-Shipment Clause, and not serious evaluations of product itself.
B) They don't tell you about the clause/campaign rules on the phone unless you mention it first to rope your $ that's probably true, BUT they have mentioned it EVERYWHERE else in writing. Honestly, the fact that there are this many ppl pissed off only proved that Americans are illiterate and lazy. Or perhaps too young to be responsible enough to handle these contracts, maybe you should ask your mother to do it for you? What they do is perfectly legal, and not unethical at all.
C) The smart ppl, whom actually tried the product without being silly consumers gave it a 90%-100% positive review.
AFTER CONSIDERATION:
I ordered it, they let me cancel Auto-Ship/Membership 5 days after I ordered it. Sent me emails right away, and did everything perfectly professionally and legally. The phone was busy the first time I called to cancel, but that's understandable, like any business they have peak and slow hours. I cannot give a review on the product, as my mother is using it, and if she likes it, she can buy it herself or wait until I can afford to buy her more.
IN CONCLUSION:
I'm writing this review to stick up for this company, because there are so many of you whom feel 'wronged' when it's your own fault for not reading.
