So I ordered the free trial of the radiance cream, and actually read the terms and conditions (unlike a lot of people on here). I called in to ask to be removed off of the auto-order list, since I need more then 14 days to decide whether or not I wish to re-order this product. The lady on the phone was very nice and super helpful. She extended my date back for reorder for a month from now, to give me more time to decide. She told me if I choose not to reorder to just call and have them cancel before then. She also offered me a discounted rate when I told her that I am currently in college and that the price was rather steep for me. For the cream, cleanser, serum and toner she was able to give me a discounted price of just $107. I would have to order the scrub separately at this time since they are currently out of it for the auto shipment. All in all the customer service was great, and I am looking forward to seeing if this product works. If not, I can cancel it before August with no risk to me!
