This operation has the worst front office I've ever experienced. After first appointment and waiting 2 hours I'm told can't get a cleaning because my primary doctor has to fill out a release (since I'm on a cancer med) fine. I leave and never hear back from them. I see my doctor who informs me he sent in release stating that I only have to be off med when I have tooth extracted. I then call and they apologize and schedule another appointment. I go in and after a wait they tell me they can't do a cleaning because my doctors instructions were not clear. This place needs to clean up its act.
