I bought a Groupon for a cleaning, full mouth x-rays and consultation. I had to wait two and one half hours because I was not paying cash. Patients that came after me went in although I had an appointment. I got the appointment time from the patients as we waited to see if my assumption was correct. I spoke to the receptionist after waiting 45 minutes who said that they were unusually busy and I should reschedule. I told her that I had waited 45 minutes already so I was not leaving. Eventually an assistant took the x-rays and after 25 minutes I saw the dentist who started cleaning my teeth quickly while speaking to me. It took not more than 2 minutes. When I got outside and looked at my teeth the coffee stains were still there. I am trying to get my x-rays that I paid for and I am being told that I have to wait a month because they have to get them copied for their files and I have to pay $40 for them.
