I bought a $49 groupon for the whole house air duct cleaning. This company is a complete joke. I called to schedule my appointment. They scheduled me out about a month. This is totally understandable since it's a groupon. They gave me a 2 hr window when they would arrive and told me a tech would call when he's on his way. The morning of the appointment, I called to confirm. I sat in my house and the tech never called or showed up!!! I called an emailed the company and never heard back to this day! What a joke! And waste of time! Never again! This company will be out of business soon! Stay away!
