My sister and I went to Ulta in Phoenix, AZ. The sales people were friendly however very pushy. They talked alot. One employee spilled a make up tester and my sister and I both commented on what a expensive waste of makeup. There were 2 girls there 1 comment that is like one day use no big deal. Well maybe those young girls do not realize that there I don't care about the cost that is all over the floor but we did. It just rubbed us the wrong the attitude of these 2 employees. We knew what we wanted and did not want to be pressured into buying anything else. Well we both went to check out and were offered the In Style magazine 2 issues free. We asked is there a catch to this and was informed no we qualify for 2 free issues with our purchase. We have both been charged $27.31 and our accounts say recurring card payment. My sister called the number on the bank statement 866-730-8324. They said they would credit her account. She is waiting to see if the credit comes through. I emailed Ulta 2 times and have not heard back or received a credit. My questions to Ulta why are you saving the credit and debit information on the customers and billing them for something they are told is free? Why do you have a email to customer service and do not respond. Is the next step dispute the charges or will our cards be credited? How do we get our card information deleted from your data base so we are not charged unknowingly again? I am very fustrated and disappointed I like the store and there are good deals but the staff needs to not mislead the consumer. Maybe they are not fully trained on promotions and such and if that is the case the manager should not have them ringing up customers. Thank you please give me my money back and don't send me the magazine. Diana
