Never received credit for the actual 375.00 I spent in reward points. Contacted customer service and was told "they didn't see the purchase". I was looking at my bank statement and it clearly states when and where my debit card was used. I tried to explain and no response! ULTA IS DISHONEST, LACKS INTEGRITY, AND SHORTCHANGES CUSTOMERS AND... Doesn't even care. Will never go back
