We read so much about why Ulta 's employees are so bad, now lets try out the customers. To those of you who think it is ok to come into the store and bang your hands onto the table and demand service right away... This ones for you! First off, did it ever occur to you that maybe some employees have to put up with cranky, stuck up pos's EVERYDAY? I mean the types that come in thinking they own the whole store and other customers don't count. Well I have news for you, THE WORLD DOESN'T REVOLVE AROUND YOU!!! So next time you see a customer being helped by an employee, maybe you would get a better response from that employee if you nicely said when you get a chance I need some help instead of butting in rudely and start asking questions! Secondly, as for the policy of Ulta, the employees are NOT to blame! It's corporate! THEY are the ones who make the rules... EMPLOYEES JUST HAVE TO FOLLOW THEM!!! Apparently customers believe that employees are the ones who "screw them over". Sorry to say but it's not the employees! Well for now I think that should do it!
