I placed an order on the 20th of December and I have not received it by the 29th. I waited this long considering the holidays. However, I placed my order on the 20th (Tuesday before Christmas). This company had Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before Christmas and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday the following week to process my order. My order was not processed until I contacted them on the 29th. The rude customer service rep was very rude and condescending explaining that their employees are allowed time off for the holidays (then don't take any orders during the holidays)! Never again will I order from this company again.
