Oh where, oh where have my packages gone.
Oh where, oh where can they be.
They missed Christmas with us and I am very sad (and highly upset for being completely misled).

We were told that they were going to be here on the 20th and they never showed
Oh where, oh where can they be...
I never received a tracking number and was told they were going to be here by friday the 20th.
Then i was told by you linda, that they did not ship out until thursday, december 19th. They could only have been here that way if you had you shipped them out by overnight. I am quite positive that they were not shipped out by overnight.
The order was placed on november 29. It is now december 24th and i did not receive them in time.
I paid by credit card and the transactions went through on 12.03.07 and 12.04.07, totaling $392.90
Resolution Sought
Would like to receive my packages now.
There is no money in dispute

We are extremely thrilled to finally hear from you, although I am not sure exactly whom I am writing to since you failed to sign you email.
I am not sure why you will only correspond with the BBB, since you are not a member of the Bureau. All I want out of you is the tracking number (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) or the date that you will be refunding our money you have had for 30 days, and have yet to be cooperative with us on this or any other information concerning this order.
We pursued an inquiry from the BBB because of your failure to adequately provide us with any information that was true and/or accurate. As you can see from the email, the only time I received any information in writing from you was on the 29th of November.in the email, you state that you will be sending an email confirmation of the shipment. We have never received any confirmation of shipment or the exact nature of the costs incurred for this order. I do realize that you supposedly were sending us a replacement for a Cross that became unavailable; one with a higher retail value. You also stated that part of the order was ready and would be shipped to us in time for the holidays.
In our last telephone conversation, "Teresa" stated that it was shipped before the holidays and she also said that we would be refunded our money. Which will it be?
As you can tell from the addressing of the email, I am also sending a copy of this to the BBB, so they can be kept appraise of your attitude and intentions pertaining this unfortunate and highly preventable situation that you have caused by your deeds and lack of action. Communications were nonexistent from you from the very beginning of this fiasco, and it's very disheartening to see such lack of common courtesy and customer service from a family business.

It is now jan. 19th and no response to BBB complaint, no refund, no word period.
Do not buy from this company ever!!
